Legally, only in Vermont so far as I'm aware. But if you don't care so much about the legal status, it happens all the time. We've performed commitment/wedding ceremonies for lesbian couples at least 25 times. If you choose the non-legal route, I'd suggest protecting your union via a "Limited Liability Company" or "LLC". Type this into a search engine, & look for ones specifically geared to gay couples. Good luck!
